May De Guzman

Site Manager, Davao at Open Access BPO

As our Davao site manager, May De Guzman sets clear direction for the site’s projects and ensures that client specifications are met by a holistic operations framework.

She began her BPO career in 2008 as a customer service representative. From there, she worked her way up to become a trainer, a team leader, and a project manager for several contact centers in the Philippines before bringing her professional experience to Open Access BPO.

May earned her Mass Communication degree from the Sienna College of Quezon City.
