Sean Aryai

Sean Aryai is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of leading customer initiatives and product development in various technology sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at WorkEasy Software, Sean oversees global customer strategies and product efficiency within a rapidly growing workforce software company. Prior to this, Sean held senior leadership roles at Cox Automotive Inc., driving product direction for a prominent finance and insurance SaaS platform, and contributed as an advisory board member at Open Access Technologies, Inc. Additional experiences include significant tenures at CA Technologies, where Sean developed compliance strategies and enhanced digital commerce capabilities, and earlier leadership roles at Systemax. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional and Technical Communication from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an MBA in Leadership and Management from Dowling College, and completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
