Sara Margaret Bills

Sara Margaret Bills is a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist at Open Arms Care, beginning in January 2024, and previously served as an Associate Recruiter at HCA Healthcare from June 2022 to January 2024. Early in her career, Sara gained experience as an intern at Woodmont Investment Counsel, LLC in July 2021, where responsibilities included tracking investment opportunities and assisting in financial planning for high net worth clients. Sara also interned at Spiras Health in May 2021, supporting the Patient and Provider Connections team and assisting the CEO with presentation materials for Board meetings. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Mississippi and is pursuing a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
