H Daniel Patrick Samson has had a comprehensive work experience with a focus on healthcare and human resources. H Daniel Patrick started their career as a Project Associate at The Council for Excellence in Government, where they administered contracts and conducted leadership seminars. H Daniel Patrick then moved on to Project H.O.M.E., where they served as a Training & Support Services Coordinator, overseeing daily operations and leading orientation programs.

Samson then transitioned to the healthcare industry, joining BAYADA Home Health Care as a Senior Client Services Manager, where they supervised and grew their caseload and maintained reimbursement rates. H Daniel Patrick also worked as an Associate Director before becoming the Director of the office, managing its growth and successful operating income.

Following their time at BAYADA, Samson joined Griswold Home Care as the Director of Home Care Services, supervising office employees and caregivers and ensuring compliance. H Daniel Patrick then joined Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services Inc. as a Community Liaison, actively seeking referral sources and maintaining relationships with clients. H Daniel Patrick later became the Client Services Manager, managing a large office and monitoring financials.
