Damian Roller is an accomplished business development professional with a diverse background in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as CBDO at Open as App since February 2016, Damian focuses on driving growth through strategic partnerships and market opportunities. As the former Head of Customer Success, Damian implemented customer-centric strategies that enhanced retention and revenue. Additionally, Damian owns AVIVA Vacation Apartments, overseeing operations to ensure guest satisfaction and improvement in ratings. Damian founded etalgo, which funded successful Kickstarter projects and introduced the Pebble Smartwatch to Germany, and Smooth-e, which scaled rapidly from a small startup to €1 million in sales within two years. Damian holds educational credentials from the University of Konstanz and The University of Göttingen.
