Hans-Otto Sterling

Hans-Otto Sterling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the assessment and defense sectors. Currently serving as Director of Global Assessment Solutions at Open Assessment Technologies S.A. since June 2021, Hans-Otto previously held various leadership positions at Bechtle Gmbh & Co. KG, including Business Director for the Defense Sector (International) and Head of Public Sector Austria. Hans-Otto’s career at Bechtle also included a role as Sales Manager for the Public Sector. Hans-Otto holds a Hochschulzertifikat in Data Science from Universität Münster and a Magister Artium in Sinologie from Ruhruniversität Bochum.
