Fernando L. has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Finance Manager at Insight M since November 2022, where key accomplishments include overseeing the company's inaugural Financial Statement audit process. In July 2023, Fernando assumed the role of Finance Fellow at Open Avenues. Previously, Fernando was General Manager at Ensosal, an energy efficiency company in El Salvador from May 2014 to December 2022, and held positions such as Sr. Financial Analyst at Smart Wires Inc. and Financial Analyst at The Network Company. Fernando began the career in finance as a Central America Outreach Intern at Systems Thinking Institute LLC. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and has also studied at BI Norwegian Business School.
