Olivier Capron is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Secretary General at Open Bee, where they manage organizational, financial, and human resource operations while driving the group's growth across Switzerland, France, and Tunisia. With a robust background as the Chief Financial Officer at MECASONIC and as the General Manager and Founder of AG2FI, Olivier has demonstrated expertise in financial management, transition strategies, and operational excellence. Prior to these roles, they served as a Performance Manager at Socco Entreprise and as an Organization Consultant at Arthur Andersen, where they focused on enhancing financial functions and auditing. Olivier also contributed as a Financial Expert for a French government institution, assisting numerous companies through critical development phases. They hold a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine.
