Joel Diaz is a seasoned recruitment and organizational development professional with over a decade of experience in human resources and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Recruitment Officer at Open Blue Global Services since July 2014, Joel is responsible for identifying advertising options and supporting job descriptions and content. As a consultant at IPS 3 since April 2013, activities include labor competency training and organizational development consulting.
