At Open Canopy, we believe everyone deserves to experience the joy, freedom, and connection that outdoor spaces provide. From playgrounds and parks to community facilities and events, accessibility is not just a requirement, it’s an opportunity to foster belonging, participation, and wellbeing.

Designing an outdoor space is about more than creating an attractive landscape. It is an opportunity to enhance wellbeing, support learning, encourage social connection and ensure everyone can participate and feel a sense of belonging. At Open Canopy Access, we help clients unlock these benefits through thoughtful, inclusive and evidence-based landscape design.

Our expertise in Universal Design ensures outdoor environments are accessible and enjoyable for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. By considering diverse user needs from the outset, we help create spaces that are inclusive, equitable and future-ready.
