Gloria Nalugwa

Gloria Nalugwa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, consulting, and organizational management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Open Capital and a Consultant at Impact Consulting, Gloria has previously held significant roles including Operations Ambassador at DP World during the Expo 2020 and Country Director for AIESEC in Uganda, where responsibilities involved strategic planning and talent development. Gloria's early experiences include positions as President of AIESEC in Kyambogo and assistant roles in surveying at ROKO CONSTRUCTION LTD. and AERIAL ENVIRON CONSULTS. Academically, Gloria is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Liverpool John Moores University, with a Bachelor's degree in Surveying Technology from Kyambogo University.
