The purpose of the tax exempt non-profit association is the research, development and implementation of climate protection projects and measures in Switzerland and abroad in the fight against global climate change. 

We pursue our purpose in particular by promoting and financing nature-based climate solutions that support biodiversity in addition to mitigating and reducing climate-damaging greenhouse gases. 

We believe in open sourcing because we recognize the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing in solving complex environmental problems. By openly sharing our knowledge, we hope to accelerate the growth of climate solutions and maximise our impact.

We are currently developing a regenerative seaweed farm pilot in Scotland that develops and open sources new technologies, tests novel polyculture approaches (multiple organisms with co-benefits) and delivers process improvements across the seaweed value chain from seeding to primary processing while also creating jobs in rural communities.
