Senior Software Engineer at Open Collective

Gustav Larsson is an experienced software engineer and entrepreneur with a diverse background in web development and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Open Collective since September 2022, Gustav has also freelanced since July 2011. Previous roles include Lead Engineer at Cobudget, where Gustav contributed to participatory budgeting tools, and Software Engineer at Unomaly. Notably, Gustav founded PairHub, an open-source platform for remote pair programming, and Freewriter, a web app to enhance daily writing practices, both of which were recognized on Product Hunt. As a co-founder of Pine Innovation, Gustav developed an idea management platform, and as a project leader at Knowel, oversaw a successful initiative in Tanzania. Educational accomplishments include a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management and a M.Sc. in Entrepreneurship and Business Design, both from Chalmers University of Technology and Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship, respectively.
