George Tchaparian

George Tchaparian is the current CEO of the Open Compute Project Foundation. George has also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Edgecore Networks Corporation from October 2014 to July 2021, and as a Corporate Executive at Accton Group from July 2021 to March 2022. George Tchaparian began their career in 1985 as a Senior Engineering Manager at Hewlett-Packard Co. and held that position until they joined Accton Technology Corporation in October 2012 as Senior Vice President of Engineering, a position they held until October 2014.

George Tchaparian has a Master of Science from Lehigh University in Engineering-Technology-Management and a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fresno in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics.
