Han Lai

Han Lai has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and positions. In 2009, they started working at Dalian YTH Co.,Ltd as an Embedded System Engineer/General Manager Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for embedded system design and also managed facilities, equipment, and documents. Additionally, they controlled project budgets to ensure they stayed within forecasts. From June 2013 to September 2014, Han Lai served as a Project Manager at Dalian YTH Co.,Ltd, where they planned and organized projects on electronics. Han set milestones and priorities based on requirements, customer needs, and resource availability. Han was also responsible for designing PCB and software for the core controller unit. In 2015, Han Lai joined Open Cosmos Ltd. as a Partner and Electronics Engineer. After three years, in December 2018, they became the Director and VP of International Relationships for Asia at Open Cosmos Ltd. Overall, Han Lai has gained extensive experience in project management, embedded system design, and electronics engineering throughout their career.

Han Lai pursued their education starting in 2009 at Dalian University of Technology, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Communication in 2011. Afterwards, they enrolled at The University of Edinburgh from 2011 to 2013, where they attained another Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Seeking further education, Han Lai joined Imperial College Business School from 2014 to 2015 to earn a Master's Degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management.
