Kaitlyn Winokur

Kaitlyn Winokur is an experienced professional with a background in hospitality and software support. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Open Dental Software since June 2016, Kaitlyn specializes in training and providing support for dental software, particularly for clinics serving underdeveloped and low-income regions. Previously, Kaitlyn held various roles at Pillar Hotels and Resorts from July 2004 to June 2016, including Assistant General Manager and Front Desk Agent/Supervisor, where responsibilities ranged from guest relations to human resources. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at Baskin Robbins from September 1999 to October 2004, focused on creating a positive work environment and enhancing customer satisfaction. Kaitlyn holds an Associate's degree in Arts and Sciences, specializing in Hospitality and Tourism Management, from Chemeketa Community College, and graduated from South Salem High School in 2003.
