ODA is a social enterprise & non-profit that aspire to design the biggest social innovation movement - a global society of future-makers.

A CATALYST TO DESIGN A SOCIETY OF FUTURE-MAKERS
Through an hybrid festival, various projects and key partnerships ODA is a catalyst for change. Every child & citizen should have the right to develop Collaborative Creative Intelligence. A SuperPower that will enable everyone to contribute to the making of a future world we can all feel proud to live, work and play in.

LET’S DESIGN THE FUTURE TOGETHER
Today we have the most crucial design brief to execute in the history of mankind. To design a thriving future for people and the planet. As a collective we are ALL responsible for designing the state of this world. Appropriate future skills will enable us to think systemically and act collectively to ignite change on a momentous scale.

EFFECT SYSTEMIC CHANGE
ODA showcase Afrikan & Global change-makers who apply creative intelligence to design thriving communities, flourishing environments and regenerative economies. Our mindfully crafted experiences democratize knowledge sharing and collaboration between people from all walks of life. We challenge current mindsets and behaviour, and aspire to inspire sustainable solutions that create conditions conducive to life.

WHY AFRIKA WITH A “K”
2000 indigenous Afrikan languages write Afrika with a “K”. We see Africa with a “C” as an external worldview of Afrika. Afrika with a “K” is Afrikans taking ownership of our future. It is an inward looking out perspective of our continent.

OUR COMPASS
Underpinned by our Afrikan humanist philosophy of UBUNTU (“I am because you are” & “I participate therefore I am”) our community-driven focus calls for social cohesion, and reciprocal relationships. We instil pride in being Afrikan, ignite new aspirations for a thriving future & stimulate the design of wellbeing, for change & design for life.

JOIN FORCES. Let's realise this future together!
