Aj Rubin-Desimone

AJ Rubin-DeSimone, MPA-IO, currently serves as the Clinical Risk Manager at Open Door Family Medical Center, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, AJ was the Director of Operations, Strategy, and Growth at Kip from July 2022 to September 2023. AJ's extensive experience at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center spanned over a decade, where roles included Manager of Compliance & Risk Management, Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, Operations Coordinator for Adolescent Health, and Patient Care Associate. Earlier career experience includes working as a Finance Manager at First Acura and The Herb Chambers Companies. AJ holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Inspection & Oversight from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a focus on Spanish from Arizona State University.
