Alona Puehse

Alona Puehse has extensive experience in a variety of leadership positions. From 2009 to present, they have worked at Open Door Group, starting as the Director of Public Relations & Corporate Development before moving on to become the Executive Director of Corporate Development. In 2017, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Alona'sresponsibilities at Open Door Group included overseeing HR, stakeholder and employer engagement, communications, public relations, IT, and business development. Prior to their time at Open Door Group, Alona worked in business development at Intuitus Consulting Pty Ltd from 2007 to 2009.

Alona Puehse completed their education with a Diploma of Technology in International Trade & Logistics from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2000. Alona then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the same institute from 2002 to 2004. Alona further continued their education at the City University of Seattle, where they are currently enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, expected to be completed by 2022.
