Monique Kelly Nielsen

Monique Kelly Nielsen is a Legal Research Attorney at the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco. Prior to this, they worked as a Legal Fellow at Open Door Legal and as an Extern at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Monique has experience in conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and working on cases related to family law, civil rights, and habeas corpus. Their background also includes work with low-wage and immigrant workers, as well as experience in the mortgage industry. Monique holds a JD from Golden Gate University, School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Government from Seton Hall University.
