Kimberly Valentine is an experienced social services professional with a diverse background in case management and crisis counseling. Since February 2018, Kimberly has served as a Program Administrator and Senior Case Manager at Open Door Mission, demonstrating strong leadership and program coordination skills. Prior experience includes roles as a Triage Counselor at the Center for Youth, where responsibilities focused on crisis intervention and youth advocacy, and as Assistant Director at Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach, overseeing comprehensive case management for residents facing significant challenges such as substance abuse and domestic violence. Kimberly's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Cross Disciplinary Studies from Roberts Wesleyan University and an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Monroe Community College.

Open Door Mission
Open Door Mission is a Gospel Rescue Mission committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty. Each day Open Door Mission’s campus offers 917 safe shelter beds to homeless men, women and children, serves over 3,500 nutritious meals and provides preventive measures to more than 275 people living in poverty. To meet the basic physical needs of the hungry and homeless, the Open Door Mission’s day facility services provide free transportation from the downtown area to Open Door Mission and Lydia House. Open Door Mission offers life-changing programs for those recovering from life-altering addictions and abuse to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.
