Dameon Ellis

Dameon Ellis is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in case management, training, and support services within educational and rehabilitation settings. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Open Doors @ Green River College, Dameon assists students without a high school diploma in achieving their educational goals. In addition, Dameon contributes as a WEA Trainer for the Washington Education Association, focusing on special education and inclusion practices. Previous roles include Rehabilitation Technician at DSHS - Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Mall Safety Mentor at Glover Empower Mentoring, Registered Behavior Technician at Reach Behavioral Consulting, and various positions within Kent School District. Dameon holds a Bachelor of Applied Behavioral Science in Youth Development and has a solid foundation in early childhood education, special education, and behavioral sciences.
