Ruari Cairns has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Ruari began their career in 2005 as a Salesperson for Scottish & Southern Energy. In 2006, they moved to EnergyQuote as an Energy Analyst and Lead Relationship Manager. In 2011, they joined Summit Energy as a Client Energy Associate. In 2013, they began working for Schneider Electric as a Business Manager in Budapest, Hungary. In 2017, they became a Senior Risk Manager at Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services. Finally, in 2020, they were appointed as the Head of Risk Management at Open Energy Market, where they are responsible for designing OEM Risk products and ensuring a seamless interaction with proprietary technology solutions.
