Daniel Córdoba has extensive experience in operations and workforce management, currently serving as Director de Operaciones at Open English since April 2017, after progressing through roles such as B2B Sales Operation Manager, Sales Operations Analyst, and Workforce Analyst. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Atento Colombia S.A as Coordinador de Workforce, where responsibilities included leading a team to forecast traffic and manage personnel planning. Experience also includes a tenure at Vocem 2013 Teleservicios S.A, focusing on financial and operational estimations, along with roles at Atento Venezuela S.A encompassing planning and control analysis.
