Karen Sampogna

Karen Sampogna has held various human resources roles in different companies across various industries. Currently, Karen is the Chief People Officer at Open Farm Pet, a rapidly growing CPG company known for producing premium, ethically sourced pet food. Karen has also worked at Live Nation Entertainment as the Vice President Human Resources, Grip Limited as the Group Director (Sr. Director) of Human Resources after its acquisition by the Dentsu Aegis Network, SIR Corp as a Human Resources Manager, and Spin Master Ltd. as a Human Resources Manager. Karen holds a BA Hons. from the University of Toronto and York University.
