Alice Valle has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Senior HR Learning & Development at Open Fiber since September 2020. Previously, Alice held various positions at Talent Garden, including Senior Learning Manager and Learning Manager, where responsibilities included designing and managing training programs. As a Brand Ambassador for WomenXImpact from February to October 2021, Alice promoted the organization’s mission. Additionally, Alice worked at LVenture Group as eLearning Project Manager and Education Specialist at DoLab School, overseeing online learning platforms and course organization. Alice's foundational experience in customer service was gained as a Customer Specialist at Apple Retail. Alice holds several degrees in coaching, leadership, and web marketing from reputable institutions, reinforcing a strong educational background.
