Arta Zhabjaku

Arta Zhabjaku is a seasoned technical support specialist currently working at Open Fiber since June 2020, with prior experience as a provisioning IP specialist and in technical support and operations at Alosys Communications from October 2013 to January 2020. Arta holds an Executive Master in Project Management from GEMA - Business School, obtained in 2023, and a Second Level Master in Information Security and Strategic Information from Sapienza Università di Roma, completed in 2019. Additionally, Arta earned a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, with studies spanning from 2010 to 2015.
