Roberto Confalonieri

Roberto Confalonieri is an experienced Telecommunications Manager with a robust background in network design and operations. Currently at Open Fiber since February 2021, Roberto oversees the FTTH network design, focusing on project planning, risk management, and coordination across various teams. Previously, Roberto served in similar roles at CKH Networks Italia SpA and Wind Tre, where responsibilities included managing contracts and optimizing costs in telecommunications operations. Roberto's career also includes experience as a Senior Project Manager and ICT Manager, notably during a consulting tenure at Deloitte where a significant €12 billion acquisition was facilitated. Roberto holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from CEFRIEL Tech Center and a degree in Information Sciences from the University of Pisa.
