Sergio Giuliana

Sergio Giuliana is an experienced HR training professional currently serving at Open Fiber since November 2021, responsible for managing and implementing staff training initiatives aligned with organizational needs while overseeing external suppliers and developing digital self-learning tools. Previously, Sergio interned at Enel Group from November 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included designing and evaluating training programs.
