Yi Zhuan Foong

Yi Zhuan Foong is currently a Senior Product Manager at Open Government Products since July 2023, focusing on Tech for Public Good and data building initiatives. Prior experience includes leading the Solutions Engineering team at CodeSignal from October 2021 to July 2023, where automation and scaling solutions were developed for unbiased technical recruiting. Previously, Yi Zhuan held the same role at FLYR from August 2017 to October 2021, bridging complex machine learning algorithms with real-world applications for major clients such as JetBlue and Air New Zealand. Earlier roles included data analyst positions at Sygnum Bank, where system architecture design and market research for digital assets were performed, and Shopee, where NLP models and data pipelines were implemented.
