Dr Hannah Matthews

Dr. Hannah Matthews currently serves as Executive Director and Global COE Lead, as well as Head of RWE Europe, at OPEN Health since December 2021. With a strong background in real-world evidence, Dr. Matthews held roles as Senior Director and Business Development Director for RWE at the same company. Prior experience includes positions at Health Economics and Outcomes Research Ltd as Commercial Lead and Principal Researcher, and as a Senior Systematic Reviewer at Evidera. Dr. Matthews also contributed as a Systematic Reviewer at UCL and as a Lecturer in Psychology at De Montfort University. Earlier in the career, Dr. Matthews worked as a Research Assistant at Coventry University and as a Healthcare Assistant at St Andrew's Healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health/Medical Psychology and a Master of Science (MSc) in Health Psychology, both from De Montfort University, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology.
