Jo-Anne Strydom

Jo-Anne Strydom has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Jo-Anne currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at OPEN Health since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at VMLY&R HEALTH as a Talent Acquisition Lead from 2018 to 2023 and at WPP Health Practice as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2018 to 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Internal Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager at 1000heads in 2017, a Specialist Recruiter at Capstone Hill Search Limited from 2016 to 2017, and as the Director and Principal Consultant at Switch Consultants (Pty) Ltd from 2013 to 2016. Jo-Anne also has experience as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Tower Group Recruitment from 2011 to 2013 and as a Recruitment Specialist at Ad Talent from 2004 to 2011.
