Kusam Gupta

Kusam Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in human resources. Kusam most recently worked at OPEN Health as a People Director since April 2022. Prior to that, they were an HR Business Partner at OPEN Health from March 2017 to March 2022. Kusam also worked as an HR Business Partner at Kuoni Global Travel Services for one year, and at The Swatch Group (UK) Limited as an HR Business Partner for a year as well. Kusam has also held roles as a Research/Senior Project Manager at Great Place to Work Institute, HR Advisor at The Delta Group, HR Project Consultant at Bupa, HR Officer at Allied Bakeries, and HR Administrator at TMP Worldwide UK.

Kusam Gupta obtained an MSc degree in Work Psychology and Business from Aston Business School in 2008. Additionally, Kusam Gupta obtained a Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice from Full Circle Global in 2020 and BPS Level A and B certifications from The British Psychological Society in 2008.
