Dan Berger

Dan Berger is an experienced professional in land and site development, currently serving as the Director of Development at Open Industrial since June 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Senior Land Development Manager at Toll Brothers from February 2015 to June 2023. Dan's career includes significant contributions as a PM at CJ Miller, LLC, and as a Project Manager at Kinsley Construction, Inc. Dan began in the construction field as an Assistant Project Manager at Shelter Building Communities, Inc. Dan holds a BA in History from the University of Notre Dame and is currently a Master's Candidate in Real Estate at Georgetown University.
