Bill Rowley

Bill Rowley is an experienced legal and business development professional with a robust background in leadership positions across various companies. Currently serving as General Counsel at Open Influence since February 2023, Bill previously held the role of General Counsel and VP of Business Development at OpenSlate, part of DoubleVerify, from February 2018 to July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as COO at Reelcontent, Inc., SVP of Business Development and Publishing at Martini Media, and VP of Business Development at both The Huffington Post and RowNine Inc./ViaLuxe Inc. Bill also contributed to Yahoo! as GM of EU Shopping and Sr. Director of Business Development, and began a legal career as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Bill holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BS in Economics from Lehigh University.
