Mauritz Marre Ek

Mauritz Marre Ek has a diverse work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Mauritz Marre has held the role of CTO at Internetbolaget Sverige AB since May 2023 and at Open Infra since February 2022. Before that, Mauritz was the CTO and Co-founder of People's Fibre from August 2019 to February 2022. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they served as the CTO at Stadsnätsbolaget from April 2016 to August 2019. Mauritz also has experience as a Network Operator at Telenor Sverige AB from February 2013 to March 2016 and as a Network Administrator at Ownit Broadband AB from January 2010 to February 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Fiber Optics Expert at TMK Kommunikation AB from April 2008 to January 2010 and as a Technician at Hewlett-Packard in 2004.

Mauritz Marre Ek attended Hudiksvall CUL Yrkeshöskola from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Systemteknik/Fiberoptik with a focus on CCNA. Prior to this, they studied at Rudbeck gymnasium from 2002 to 2005, specializing in El/Data. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Tillträde till TeliaSoneras tekniklokaler from STF.
