Allison Polke

Allison Polke, RDN, LDN, is currently the Director of Health and Wellness at Open Kitchens. Previously, they served as the Director of Nutrition and Customer Experience at Gourmet Gorilla, Inc., overseeing a team of Registered Dietitians and managing a home-delivered meal service. They also worked as a Registered Dietitian for Chicago Public Schools, where they developed and implemented district policies related to student nutrition. In addition, they have experience as a Community Dietitian at Vital Bridges, providing specialized nutrition education to participants. They hold a history of roles that emphasize nutritional support and program management within various organizations.
