Lauren Roberts

Lauren Roberts is an experienced professional in the food service and education sectors. Currently serving as the Chicago Public Schools Account Director at Open Kitchens since June 2022, Lauren previously held the position of Director of School Relationships and Client Accounts at Gourmet Gorilla, Inc. from April 2019 to April 2022. Earlier roles included a teaching assistant at Saint Barnabas School, basketball coach at Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School, and project manager at Pinnacle Performance Group Inc., where Lauren developed training programs for major corporations. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
