Tomasz Rutkowski has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tomasz started their career as an IT Trainee at Mando Corp. in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Junior QA Specialist at Explain Everything Inc. Later, they joined Amadeus IT Group in 2018, where they served as a Scrum Master and Product Definition Analyst, assisting the team with project coordination, communication, and business analysis. In the same year, they also worked as an IT Consultant at ALTEN, where they supported clients and conducted campus management tasks. Tomasz then briefly served as a Project Manager at Netguru in 2020, focusing on coordinating software development projects and removing obstacles. Tomasz also worked as a Product Owner at TOTALMONEY.PL Sp. z o.o., managing a portfolio of products. Currently, they are working at Open Loyalty as a Product Manager and Lead Product Manager, overseeing the discovery and implementation of core product updates.

Tomasz Rutkowski completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in 2018. Tomasz also holds an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering from the same university, which they obtained in 2016. Additionally, they have received certifications such as PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2019, and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2018.

Open Loyalty is an API-first loyalty engine for introducing loyalty and gamification mechanics fast and at scale.
