Adriano Esposito

Adriano Esposito serves as the Head of Enterprise Architecture, Engineering Platforms, and Generative AI at XP Inc. since November 2022, focusing on developing the XP Generative AI Platform. In addition, Adriano plays a role as a member of Open Mind Brazil and has been an MBA professor at FIAP since July 2017, teaching Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF). Prior experience includes serving as VP of Digital Business and Innovation at SONDA, where responsibilities encompassed establishing the Digital Business Global unit and leading global innovation initiatives. Earlier positions include Senior Manager of Digital Transformation and Innovation at DXC Technology and Senior Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, with a strong emphasis on technology consulting and solution delivery across various industries. Adriano holds a Professional Education certificate from MIT in Digital Transformation and degrees from FGV and Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
