Alexandre Dividino

Alexandre Dividino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT management and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving in a Leadership Program at Open Mind Brazil since June 2024, Alexandre focuses on skills such as persuasion and collaboration. Previously, at Rockwell Automation from February 2020 to October 2022, Alexandre held positions including Chief of Staff for Global I/O, where responsibilities encompassed strategy execution and alignment across departments, and Latam IT Manager, overseeing technology and data management operations in the region. Additionally, Alexandre led the SAP S4HANA implementation project at Duratex and drove IT transformation initiatives at Taboca Mineração S.A. Education includes an MBA in Enterprise Management from FGV and a certification in Digital Platform Strategy from MIT, achieving high academic excellence.
