April Rhodes

April Rhodes, MBA, LAMFT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and mental health services. As the Founder of The Stile Group since June 2023, April Rhodes focuses on delivering tailored solutions for businesses and organizations. In addition, April Rhodes serves as a Consultant for OPEN MINDS Circle and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Spectrum Healthcare Group from April 2013 to April 2025, where responsibilities included strategic planning and organizational development. Previous roles include Deputy Director, Children's Program Director, and Chief Executive Officer at Touchstone Health Services, as well as Interim Regional Vice President at La Frontera Arizona - Empact SPC. April Rhodes holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Arizona, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and an Associate of Science in General Studies.
