David Alacid

David Alacid began their work experience as a Chartering and Logistics Coordinator at Cargill in 1988. Over the years, they held various roles at the company, including Vessel Operator and Manager of Operations, where they oversaw global vessel operations, sea freight logistics, and procurement for soft commodities, agris, and mineral products. David left Cargill in 2013 and joined DH Minerals Ltd as the Director of Operations from 2013 to 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as the Operations, Shipping, and Chartering Manager at ArrowMetals & Trading. In 2017, they joined Nizi International as the Global Logistics Manager, responsible for leading the Logistics department and providing end-to-end value-added services for base metals, ferroalloys, foundry, and raw materials business units.
