Tonguç Coşkun

Tonguç Coşkun has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different roles and industries. Tonguç currently serves as the General Manager at Open Mineral since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at MyGe International Trade & Consultancy from June 2022 to November 2022.

Before their recent positions, Tonguç worked at BAT for a significant part of their career. Tonguç held multiple roles at BAT, including Head of Trade Development & Marmara Division Manager, Senior Group Brand Manager, Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Manager, Brand Manager, National Strategic Channels & Key Account Manager, and Regional Trade Marketing & Distribution Manager. Throughout their tenure at BAT, they were responsible for various aspects such as sales volumes and effectiveness, credit and receivables, trade marketing strategies, and brand management. Tonguç achieved success in implementing strategies that led to market share growth and profitable portfolios.

Moreover, Tonguç gained international experience while working at GBI N.V. Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Tonguç held positions as Senior Relationship Manager & Trader and Relationship Manager & Trader. In these roles, they managed sales agreements with international clients, handled trade finance products, and contributed significantly to the company's profitability.

Early in their career, Tonguç worked as an Area Sales Manager at Gillette, where they were responsible for sales and distribution in the South Marmara region.
