Gemma Longfellow

Gemma Longfellow currently serves as Chief People Officer at Open Partners, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Gemma held multiple leadership positions at Ear to the Ground, including Managing Partner - People & Culture, where responsibilities encompassed developing and executing people and culture strategies during significant growth. Gemma's career began at Arca Architects, advancing from Studio Manager to Administrator. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Masters Diploma in Organisational Leadership and an Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, as well as a BA (Hons) in Communication in Culture & Media from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
