Trevor Levin

Program Associate, AI Governance & Policy at Open Philanthropy

Trevor Levin is currently serving as a Program Associate for AI Governance and Policy at Open Philanthropy, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Trevor co-founded the Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative, where responsibilities included directing governance, policy, and strategy programs aimed at supporting students in AI safety careers. Experience includes a summer research fellowship at the Centre for the Governance of AI, investigating immigration policy's effects on AI talent distribution, and a teaching fellowship at Harvard University under Prof. Joshua Greene. Trevor has also held roles in project management, legal assistance, and research across various organizations, alongside editorial work for The Harvard Crimson. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University and ongoing enrollment in a joint JD/MPP program.
