Marc Broccoli has a diverse work experience with various companies in the food industry. Marc started their career as the President of Allied Specialty Foods in 2005 and held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as the Senior Managing Director at Rastelli Foods Group, Inc. Following this, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Lorenzo Food Group, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Marc joined Verde Farms as the VP of Operations, and in 2020, they became the President of Open Range Beef.

Marc Broccoli obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science from the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, which they completed between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
