At Open Road Capital Partners, we believe progress happens one service station and convenience store at a time.

We are a national investment firm specializing in the acquisition and optimization of fuel and convenience retail assets—transforming everyday stops into sustainable engines of growth.

Our mission is clear: to invest in America’s service infrastructure by acquiring, preserving, and enhancing high-performing service centers. Through disciplined strategy, operational excellence, and long-term vision, we revitalize essential community assets and create enduring value for our investors and partners.

With deep industry expertise and a data-driven approach, we identify underutilized properties, collaborate with trusted operators, and deploy capital where modernization can drive measurable returns. Each investment reflects our commitment to financial performance, community impact, and future-ready operations.

For us, service centers are more than fuel stops—they are cornerstones of local economies, connecting people, products, and opportunity across the nation.
