Dakota Banks

Dakota Banks, the pen name of Shirley Kennett, is a seasoned author and active member of the International Thriller Writers Organization, where involvement includes serving as a former Board Member and as Vice President of Membership. Banks has written the PJ Gray suspense series available as eBooks and audiobooks through Open Road Integrated Media, as well as the Mortal Path series of paranormal thrillers published by HarperCollins. Additionally, a middle grade historical novel titled Honor's Journey has been self-published under the name DB Ayers. Memberships with various writers' organizations, including the Mystery Writers of America and the Horror Writers Association, further highlight Banks’ commitment to the literary community. A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Applied Math and Computer Science was earned from Washington University in St. Louis.
