Anthony Demers

Anthony Demers has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Anthony currently serves as the Director of Operational Support at Open Sky Community Services since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bay Cove Human Services as a Volunteer from June 2021 onwards, and as the Director of LTSS Residential Services from November 2016 to July 2021.

Earlier in their career, Anthony held various positions at Lifeworks Arc, where they served as a Residential Director from April 2011 to November 2016. Anthony also worked at ResCare as a Program Manager from December 2007 to January 2011, overseeing the operational management of two ICF/MRDD facilities in Central Florida.

Furthermore, Anthony has experience in Human Resources, having worked at Medical Staffing Network as an HR professional from 2006 to 2007, where they interviewed, hired, and processed new applicants. Anthony also managed payroll.

In addition, Anthony has a background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical challenges. Anthony was employed at Crotched Mountain Foundation from 1994 to 2003, holding positions such as Service Coordinator Direct Support Staff and being responsible for managing group homes and coordinating services for individuals.

Anthony also serves as a Board Member at SETH MANN 2ND HOME FOR AGED & INFIRM WOMEN, starting from October 2022. Overall, Anthony Demers has a broad range of experience in various roles within the human services sector.

Anthony Demers earned a Master of Science (MS) Management degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services from Springfield College between 1994 and 1996. Anthony Demers also holds certifications in CPR, First Aid, and MAP, although the details of where and when they obtained these certifications are unknown.
